Many of the women I work with are capable and self-aware yet feel caught in cycles they can’t easily step out of. They may be holding a great deal - emotionally, mentally and practically, and find that even small decisions start to feel heavy, effortful or charged.
In this context, coaching isn’t about motivation, performance or pushing for change.
It’s about creating enough clarity and internal steadiness for better choices to become possible.
We often begin by looking at identity and boundaries - how someone relates to responsibility, expectations and their own needs. From there, the work naturally extends into how the nervous system is responding, how decisions are being made under pressure and how patterns are reinforced in everyday life.
Coaching in my work is closely connected to physiology. Energy, sleep, hormones, stress responses and emotional regulation all shape how someone thinks, reacts and relates and those factors are always taken into account.
Rather than setting rigid goals or action plans, we work with what’s actually present. As understanding grows, priorities tend to clarify on their own and change feels more grounded and realistic rather than forced.
Sometimes this work is reflective and conversational.
Sometimes it’s practical and stabilising.
Often it’s about slowing things down enough for a different response to become available.
Life coaching is one of the core ways I support integration - helping insight translate into everyday life, relationships and choices. It sits alongside nutrition, nervous system work, NLP and hypnotherapy and is used where it genuinely supports the work.
There’s no pressure here to become a different person or to ‘get it right’.
The work is about understanding yourself more clearly, so life begins to feel more manageable, coherent and aligned again.

Some kind words
"After initially booking some hypnosis sessions with Anita to help with my anxiety, Anita quickly introduced nutrition advice and coaching techniques into our sessions. This allowed me to take a proactive approach on a daily basis and between sessions to help myself. Absolutely brilliant! I will not hesitate to recommend her”.
“Returning to work after bringing up my family was completely overwhelming. I had no idea what I wanted to do, who I was or how it was going to fit around my children. After 12 weeks of coaching with Anita, these thoughts and feelings are a thing of the past. I am calm, I have clarity and I have returned to work doing what I love! Thanks Anita!”
