How can I help you

I work with women who are capable, thoughtful and used to carrying responsibility, often for many years.

From the outside, their lives function well. Internally, things feel heavier, less settled or harder to regulate than they once did. Energy fluctuates. Emotional responses feel amplified. Food becomes confusing. Decisions feel more charged.

My work brings these layers back into conversation.

Rather than separating nutrition, mindset or emotional wellbeing, I look at how they interact and what that interaction is creating in daily life. Patterns around food, hormones, sleep, stress and identity are rarely isolated. They form part of a wider system that needs to be understood as a whole.

I’m trained in nutrition, life coaching, NLP and clinical hypnotherapy, but the value of the work isn’t in any single modality. It lies in knowing what matters first, what can wait and how to work in a way that respects the complexity of someone’s life rather than reducing it.

Clients often describe the work as thoughtful, considered and deeply clarifying.

How I Work

I don’t start with a method.
I start with understanding.

Nutrition often provides the clearest early insight, particularly around energy, hormonal rhythms and system load. From there, coaching supports identity, boundaries and decision-making. NLP and clinical hypnotherapy may be drawn on when working beneath conscious patterns to help bring further clarity.

Nothing is applied by default.
Nothing is rushed.

Each stage of the work is shaped by what matters most in that moment, so change is informed, considered and appropriate to your life.

Initial Conversation

If you’d like to see whether this work might be right for you, the first step is an initial conversation.

This is a calm, 30-minute call where we talk through what’s been happening, what feels unsettled and what you’re hoping might change.

You don’t need to prepare anything or explain things perfectly. We simply begin where you are.

I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your situation and whether the work would be a good fit. If it feels appropriate, I’ll explain the next steps clearly and follow up by email, giving you space to decide without pressure.

I work with a small number of clients at any one time so the work can be properly supported.
