Not because food is the problem, but because how someone eats, relates to food and responds to their body tends to reflect much more than dietary knowledge alone.
Many of the women I work with have tried to ‘do the right things’ with food. They may understand nutrition well on paper or they may feel uncertain and disconnected from it altogether. Either way, food often becomes a place where confusion, control, frustration or self-doubt quietly play out.
In my work, nutrition isn’t about rules, plans or perfection.
It’s about understanding how food, physiology, emotions and daily demands interact - and what that interaction is creating in real life.
Rather than starting with what to eat, we begin by noticing patterns.
Energy fluctuations. Appetite cues. Emotional responses around food. Habits that feel hard to shift, even when motivation is high.
These observations tell us a great deal about how the body is coping, what it’s under pressure from and where support is actually needed.
Weight may be part of this picture for some women, but it’s rarely the most useful place to begin. When food choices are understood in context - alongside stress, emotional load, nervous system responses and lifestyle, changes tend to unfold more organically and with less internal friction.
I don’t work from a single nutritional framework or impose a predefined way of eating. Nutrition is shaped around your physiology, your life and what’s realistically supportive at that point in time. Sometimes the work is practical and grounded. Sometimes it’s reflective. Often, it’s a combination of both.
What matters isn’t chasing a perfect way of eating but understanding how your body responds to food and why.
Nutrition sits at the core of my work. It’s often where the earliest and clearest insights emerge and from there the work adapts, supported by conversation, nervous system work, NLP or hypnotherapy where appropriate.
There is no ideal way to eat here.
No moral language around food.
No expectation that change should be forced or rushed.
Just space to understand what’s happening and to respond in a way that feels informed, steady and workable within your real life.

Some kind words
"After initially booking some hypnosis sessions with Anita to help with my anxiety, Anita quickly introduced nutrition advice and coaching techniques into our sessions. This allowed me to take a proactive approach on a daily basis and between sessions to help myself. Absolutely brilliant! I will not hesitate to recommend her”.
“Returning to work after bringing up my family was completely overwhelming. I had no idea what I wanted to do, who I was or how it was going to fit around my children. After 12 weeks of coaching with Anita, these thoughts and feelings are a thing of the past. I am calm, I have clarity and I have returned to work doing what I love! Thanks Anita!”
