You don’t need to prepare anything or explain things perfectly. We simply begin where you are.

I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your situation and whether the work would be a good fit. If it feels appropriate, I’ll explain the next steps clearly and follow up by email, giving you space to decide without pressure.
